Welcome to Wild Root Remedies. 

We believe that true nourishment comes from the earth, proper chemistry, botany, and a deep respect for nature. What started as a personal journey into self-taught herbalism and soapmaking has grown into an intentional, home-based apothecary dedicated to bringing clean, functional, and restorative products into your daily routine. 

Conscious Chemistry & Ecology

Tallow: We utilize grass-fed beef tallow as our primary foundation. It is a deeply nourishing, bioavailable ingredient that matches the lipid profile of skin. We use both suet and trimmings fat in our products, as we believe it is best practice to use the entire cow.

Soapmaking: We formulate both traditional cold process soaps alongside specialized glycerin bars. For our glycerin bars, we skip saponification and infuse medicinal herbs directly into the soap base for a potent extraction. 

Small-Batch: Everything is formulated, poured, and packaged by hand on our property.
